The Challenge
KWASU's clearance process was slowed by manual paperwork spanning multiple departments. Students had to visit each department in person, wait in queues, and track approvals manually, creating delays, lost paperwork, and administrative strain.

We engineered a centralized platform with role-based access for students, department officers, and administrators. The system added real-time status tracking, digital signatures, notifications, and an auditable workflow across every department involved in clearance.
